"Fallon Solutions did an absolutely amazing job with professional service, great explanations of what we needed to do, along with pleasant conversation. Not only did Max provide clear information at 11 pm last night (11/10/19) when our Rinnai Gas Hot Water System failed; but today (12/10/19) Chris Csortos arrived at 3.45 pm, pleasantly installed another unit, did an excellent job, took pride in his work, and did not leave until about 6.30 pm.
