Normally used for UHF frequencies. These antennas are perfect for weak signal rural areas which are not near TV broadcasting stations.

These cables have a single core and are capable of carrying higher frequency signals than the twisted pair cable. The coax cable is widely used in digital telecommunication networks as a single cable can carry up to 600Mbps of data.
Transmiting data in the form of light fibre optic cables have faster data connections than both the twisted pair and coax cables. Most commonly used in high end telecommunication, computer and entertainment systems.
